Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of interiordesignersydney.com.au. The site introduces Interior Designer Sydney, a residential interior design studio working on renovations, new builds and interior styling across Sydney. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to them.

01 — LEVEL — GROUND

Using this website

You may browse, read and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as researching a home project or preparing for a consultation.

You must not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other visitors, tries to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or sends unlawful, misleading or harmful material through its forms.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. That includes service descriptions, Design Journal articles and reference galleries.

02 — LEVEL — PLAN

Information, not an agreement

General guidance only

Content on our services pages, in the Design Journal and in the FAQ is general information about interior design for Sydney homes. It isn’t advice for your particular property, structure, budget or approvals. Get advice specific to your situation before you make decisions based on it.

No quote or contract

Nothing on this website is a quote, proposal or design agreement. Sending an enquiry or asking to book a consultation doesn’t create an engagement. Any scope, fees and responsibilities for a project are set out separately and agreed in writing.

03 — LEVEL — WALL

Imagery on this site

Photographs across the website, including those on the Projects page, are illustrative stock or reference images. They show materials, rooms and design ideas. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, they don’t show homes designed or completed by Interior Designer Sydney.

Captions describe what an image shows and the level it relates to, such as floor, bench, wall or ceiling. They aren’t measurements, specifications or project records.

04 — LEVEL — FRAME

Intellectual property

The Interior Designer Sydney name, logo, written content and page design belong to Interior Designer Sydney or are used with permission. Stock photographs remain the property of their creators and are used under the terms of their licences.

You may quote short extracts if you credit the source and link back. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or reuse its images, without written permission. To ask for permission, use the contact form.

05 — LEVEL — STRUCTURE

Limits of liability

Your consumer rights still apply.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. However, it’s provided as it is, and we don’t warrant that its content is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be uninterrupted or secure.

To the extent the law allows, Interior Designer Sydney isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its general information. That includes decisions about building work, purchases or selections made without project-specific advice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Enquiries and changes to these terms

Enquiries sent through this website are stored privately in the website’s own system and used to respond to you. They aren’t automatically passed to external marketing services, and the site doesn’t take payments. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.

Please don’t send information you’d rather keep private until we’ve spoken. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies when you use the site.

If you have a question about these terms, send it through the contact form.
