LEVEL — INTAKE

Information we collect

What you send us

When you use the enquiry form on our contact page or request a meeting through Book a Consultation, we receive what you enter in the form.

Required: your name, so we know who we’re replying to; your email, so we can reply; and your message, so we understand what you’re asking about.

Optional: your phone number, if you’d prefer a call; your location, so we know where in Sydney the home is; a subject, to help us see what the enquiry is about; your budget, to help us suggest a suitable scope; and your timeframe, to help us plan when the work could happen. You can leave any optional field blank. Budget and timeframe are only used to discuss your project.

Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, that isn’t needed to talk about your home.

What the site records

Like most websites, ours may record standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working and secure, and it isn’t used to identify you personally.

LEVEL — USE & STORAGE

How your information is used and stored

Use. We use enquiry details to respond to you, understand your brief and discuss services such as Residential Interior Design, Renovation Interior Design or Interior Styling. We don’t use them for unrelated purposes, and we don’t sell them.

Storage. Form submissions are stored with the website and aren’t sent automatically to marketing platforms or payment services. Our website hosting and technical service providers may process stored enquiries so the site can run. Our own access is limited to the people who need it to reply to your enquiry.

Disclosure. Service providers that host and run the website, and any analytics tools in use, may process information as part of providing those services. Apart from that, we only share personal information if you ask us to, for example when you want your details passed on to someone involved in your project, or if the law requires it.

Retention. We keep enquiry information only as long as it’s reasonably needed for the purpose you sent it for, and we take reasonable steps to delete it once it’s no longer needed.

LEVEL — BROWSER

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site may use cookies that are needed for pages and forms to work properly, such as keeping a form submission secure.

Where analytics tools are used, they are run by third-party providers that process visit data, such as the pages viewed and device or browser details. We use the reports to see overall patterns in how visitors move through pages like the services and Design Journal, so we can make the site clearer.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including forms, may not work as intended if essential cookies are blocked.

LEVEL — ACCESS

Your choices

Access and correction

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. You can also ask us to delete an enquiry you’ve sent.

Concerns and complaints

If you’re concerned about how your information has been handled, tell us first so we can look into it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
